    Matthew Farmer & Richard Hammerton (Shropshire Council) shall attend the meeting to present details of work that has been undertaken to determine the level of quality of open space and the associated benefits to the community.  Further members are asked to discuss how these findings might influence the Town Council’s management of open space and subsequent discussions with prospective developers in the development of new open space.

  • 6FEES & CHARGES

    To review the Fees & Charges in readiness for Finance & General Purpose Committee’s consideration of the Budget for 2019/20.

  • 7MECHANICAL ENGINEER

    To consider a report into the Mechanical Engineering Functions of the Town Council.

    To receive an update from the Outdoor Recreation & Assets Manager on the following matters involving the Quarry:
     
    (i)    Update of events in the Quarry for 2018, including feedback relating to some of the recent major events including the Flower Show and the Recovery Walk;
     
    (ii)   Update of events in the Quarry for 2019;
     
    (iii)  Feedback on the use of the new Premises Licence & discussions with the Safety Advisory Group;
     
    (iv)   Update on footfall activity from the Geosensing Counters;
     
    (v)    Tree Condition & Risk Assessment on the Beech Tree in the Dingle

    (i)   Upton Lane Recreation Ground – to consider a request by the ward member to re-configure the BMX Track due to alleged ASB;
     
    (ii)  Church Road Recreation Ground – to discuss recent engagement with residents regarding the activities on the recreation ground;
     
    (iii) County Ground – to receive an update on sporting activities at the County Ground.

    To receive a report on the findings of the recent audit of bus shelters.
