Members broadly welcome this application, but the applicant needs to supply further information regarding public open space and the affordable housing contribution. Members wished to defer their decision until this information is provided. Members also wished it to be noted that there is no greenbelt in Shrewsbury. 10.01.23 - Following the update from the applicant, the Committee be happy to support the application and raise no objections. Would Shropshire Council Housing be asked whether there is an intention to accept the affordable housing.
