Whilst the Town Council does not object to this planning application, Members expressed concerns that the revised proposals appear more modern than those previously submitted and question whether this is appropriate within the Belle Vue Conservation Area. Members feel that the design will have a detrimental impact on the existing street scene. Members have previously requested clarification from Shropshire Council’s Highways Department on any issues which may arise from these proposals for the formation of a driveway and respectfully request they look at this application and comment as appropriate.
