The Town Council has concerns about the extent to which the loss of light and privacy of the neighbouring property is compromised with this application, particularly given the size and scale of the proposed extension. Following a re-consultation on 26.04.22, Members looked at the revised plans provided by the applicant and were pleased that alterations had been made in line with comments raised. Committee were no happy to withdraw their original objection to this application.
