The Town Council object to this application due to the loss of soft landscaping that is proposed around the site and there appears no rationale for its removal. Following a reconsultation on 14.12.2021, Members reconsidered the application in light of the changes made by the applicant. The revised block plan now showed that all trees and landscaping would be retained. Members were therefore happy to remove their original objection to this application.
