Application Notes:
The Town Council strongly object to this application and are extremely disappointed to hear that the wall has been demolished prior to planning permission being granted. Members raised objections to the demolition of the wall on a previous application. There are strongly felt concerns by the Planning Committee that the applicant has disregarded the planning process and the potential precedent this sets for other historic structures in the town.
