The Town Council object to this application on the grounds of overdevelopment of the site. Plans also show the proposed extension is close to the boundary wall and are concerned with the effect this would have on the neighbouring property with regards to their privacy. There is a potential over dominance of surrounding properties. Members would also like to see a condition put in place that the site is not used for multi-occupancy.
