Members considered this application and would like to see the original plans that were previously approved for the replacement dwelling before making a decision on this current application. The current plans show the building is getting larger so we would like to see plans to enable Members to compare with the new application. Following a reconsultation on 17.11.2020, Members have considered the amendments to this application and note that there is a significantly different design. As this property is not in a Conservation Area and there is a lot of upgrading of properties in this area, the proposals would not look out of character. The Town Council raise no objections to this application.
