Whilst the Town Council does not object to people improving their property, Members have expressed concerns that these proposals have the potential to dwarf the rear of the adjacent residence and respectfully request that amended plans are submitted to mitigate against any overdevelopment of the site. Following a reconsultation on 17.11.2020, Members considered the amendments to this application and they are happy with the new plans that have been provided as there is a clear reduction in size and overall mass. They feel the changes are now acceptable. The Town Council remove their objections to this application.
