Variation of condition 2 of planning permission 19/03615/COU to also allow the use of the site for pyschiatric clinic (Use D1) Condition Number(s): We believe that the building has been granted Class D1 use but there is a specification to just use it for Dental Practice. (in condition 2) We propose a variation to the planning permission and allow the first floor to be used for a psychiatric clinic use . The plan is that the first floor would be used for a mental health clinic whilst ground floor would be a dental clinic. Conditions(s) Removal: The current building has been granted with only dental practice use but only ground floor will be used for dental practice. The first floor is going to be leased to Mental Health and Well Being Services Ltd a CQC approved clinic which is also providing services to NHS . The first floor will therefore be used for psychological and psychiatric treatments and therapies. We would like that the first floor could be allowed to be used under class D1 for psychiatric outpatient facilities and clinics.
