Whilst the Town Council raises no objection to the proposed works, members would like the following issues addressed: * With the proposed extension of the outside terrace, Members would like to see conditions included within any permissions that retain the existing opening hours and that no outside music is to be relayed which will have a detrimental impact on the residential properties in the vicinity; * Members expressed concerns with the reduction of the railings and question whether this could pose safety issues at a premises so close to the river.
