Application Notes:
The Town Council fully supports the need to provide suitable provision for disbaled facilities in residential properties, but Members feel that these proposals for an extension at the front of this property are not appropriate at the expense of neighbouring properties. Members feel that the extension would provide an unwelcome alteration to the existing street scene and respectfully request that suitable advice is provided to the applicant for revised plans that would see the extension sited at either the side or rear of the property.
