Whilst the Town Council raises no objections to this application, Members support the comments made by Shropshire Council’s Conservation Officer in relation to the proposed third floor extension, in particular the slate style cladding proposed for the external surface. Members would like to see materials being used that are in-keeping with the neighbouring properties.
