Whilst the Town Council raises no objections to the proposed use of these premises, Members expressed concerns with the colour scheme of the signage on what is one of the major routes into the town centre. Members feel that the proposed signage neither preserves nor enhances the shop frontage within the Conservation Area and would like to be assured that restrictions will be imposed on the times that the signage will be lit.
