Application Notes:
The Town Council has no objection to the proposed tree works, but feels that with a number of different applications under consideration for this site, there is a need to align all the proposals and respectfully requests that Shropshire Council’s Tree Officer undertakes a comprehensive review of all the applications to ensure that the removal of any trees is not detrimental to both the site and the river bank. Members would also wish to be assured that in light of Government Guidance on the treatment of Ash Trees any removal and disposal will be dealt with in accordance with such guidelines.
