The Town Council objects to this planning application on the following grounds: • This is an overdevelopment of the site featuring a period property and traditional courtyard for the area; • There are historic features within the existing property's courtyard and whilst it is acknowledged are in a state of disrepair efforts should be made to restore those rather than demolish. • The new property will not only dominate the existing property but also the street scene.
