A decision from the committee was deferred until the developer could be invited to the next committee meeting to talk through the reasons behind the site layout. The Town Council is particularly concerned about the safety and usability of the Public Open Space, which they consider, is not well placed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Town Council appreciated representatives of the developers attending the committee meeting to present and talk through the plans in more detail. The Town Council raises no objections to this application.
