The Town Council objects to the application on the following grounds: * Whist Members do not object to this land being developed they consider four detached houses as overdevelopment of the site, especially when compared to the density of similar plots that surround it; * The density of this site neither enhances nor preserves the conservation area in which it sits; * The existing infrastructure is inadequate to accommodate this number of dwellings i.e. the roads and sewage systems; * They want to be assured that the drainage solution is adequate and that the Drainage Officer is satisfied.
