Members objected to this application as the proposed extension is overbearing and the changes to the front elevation are not in-keeping with the area and will have a detrimental affect on the street scene. Furthermore, it was felt the first floor rear extension will intrude on the privacy of the neighbours. 08.05.18 Members reconsidered the amended plans and were pleased to see the removal of the windows to the front elevation. The local member had been consulted and he was happy with proposals. The Town Council raised no further concerns.
