The Town Council has no objection to the principle of developing this piece of land but consider the proposal to construct 6 dwellings is too great for the size of plot and thus should be considered an overdevelopment of the site. It is requested that the application be referred to Shropshire Council’s Tree Officer to assess the value of the tree stock on this site and whether any specimens should be retained.
