Members objected to the design of these buildings which are not in-keeping with neighbouring properties due to their scale and massing. Meeting - 21 February 2017 Shrewsbury Town Council has considered the amended plans for this development and feels that whilst the layout of the site has been improved, the poor design of the elevations for the houses is not in keeping with the neighbouring properties. Members also feel that there is a need to protect the number of trees on the site and in view of their objections, respectfully request that this application should be considered by the Central Planning Committee.
