The Town Council has concerns relating to the proposed extension being built on existing car-parking facilities within the development and members feel that the loss of parking will have a detrimental impact on both the Nursing Home and neighbouring properties. Members feel that the additional capacity effected by these proposals will result in more visitors to the site with a corresponding reduction in available space for parking which has the potential to impact on other sites within the vicinity.
