The Town Council understands that there is a need for small "starter units" in the town to encourage new businesses but feels that they should be in an area where disturbance to neighbouring properties and impact on the wider community and road network is kept to a minimum. Members feel that these proposals are too intense for the site with inadequate amenities, poor parking and access and that there should be more consideration given in respect of the access on to Harlescott Lane.
