Whilst the Town Council welcomes the re-development of the site in general terms, members feel that there is a lack of detail in respect of on-site parking and a Travel Plan for the application. Members have expressed concerns regarding potential traffic problems in an area of town which experiences regular congestion and where adequate parking provision is at a premium.
