Members question the sustainability of a development in this location, which attempts to cram living space as well as parking space into a small site. Parking is such that access and egress from the site in forward gear is not possible and has the potential to conflict with an already busy road junction. Members also question the detail of the design and whilst example of previous works in the same design are featured they are on far grander scale in a completely different context. Member feel that this application requires further thought before proceeding towards any approval.
