The Town Council feels that the application for this "Arts & Crafts" house, which has already been extended, will have a detrimental impact upon the neighbouring properties, in particular with the proposed alignment of the new extension. Members fully support the Tree Officer's comments in relation to the proposed tree works and would not wish to see an important public visual amenity diminished in the Conservation Area.
