      iii)  To approve amendments to the Quarry Outdoor Events Policy
     
      iv)  To approve the Event Management Plan Proforma
     
      v)  To receive an update on discussion regarding the provision of solar lights
     
      vi)  To receive an update on the installation of Geosensing Counters throughout the town centre.

    To approve the Invitation to Quote for the Granting of the Fisheries Licence and associated timetable for approving the preferred bidder.

    To update members on toilet cleaning arrangements and associated issues across all facilities.

    To receive an update on the work of Team Shrewsbury.

    To receive an update on plans for the Heart of England & Britain in Bloom Campaigns for 2018.

    Jamie Edwards shall attend the meeting to update members about the development of community facilities at the football club.  Members are asked to explore any possibilities of partnership/collaborative working that would support the proposals and seek external funding.
