  To approve the recommendations of the Recreation & Leisure Committee with regards to the following tender awards:
   
  (i)         LED Lighting Replacement;
   
  (ii)        Monkmoor Recreation Ground All-Weather Pitch & Lighting;
   
  (iii)       Radbrook Recreation Ground pitch levelling.
   
  (iv)       Preparation of Treeworks Tender

  (i)         To consider the Intermin Report of the Internal Auditor for the 2018/19 financial year;
