(i)         To receive an update on the placing of the William Owen Bust sculpture.

To receive an update from the Outdoor Recreation & Assets Manager on the following matters involving the Quarry:

 

    (i)   Update of events in the Quarry for 2017

 

    (ii)  Update on the launch of the Junior Park Run

MARKETS

    (i)   To receive an update by the Outdoor Recreations & Assets Manager on the work of the general market including general arrangements, uptake and waiting lists;

 

    (ii)  To approve the Market Mix for the Market Hall

RECREATION GROUND & OPEN SPACE MATTERS

To receive the Outdoor Recreation & Asset Managers Update Report on the following:

 

    (i)   Silks Meadow – completion of floodlighting;

 

    (ii)  Radbrook Recreation Ground – Mixed us of Store for Archery & Football

To receive an update on tender proposals and discussions with the appointed provider.

TREES

To consider a request from a resident to cut two mature pine trees in Meole Allotments, Vicarage Road.  Following an inspection, the Tree Officer deems them fit and healthy specimens.
