You are hereby summoned to attend the meeting of the Town Council’s Planning Committee scheduled to take place on Wednesday 12 November 2025 at 6.00pm in Committee Room, Livesey House, St John’s Hill in order to transact the following business.

Please note that this meeting is in addition to the scheduled meeting of the Planning Committee on Tuesday 11 November.
