Have you ever wondered why some people seem naturally confident while others constantly doubt themselves?
Why some people bounce back from setbacks while others get stuck?
Or why you can know exactly what you should do, but still find yourself doing the opposite?
If you’ve ever felt stressed, anxious, under pressure, worried about the future, lacking in confidence, or simply frustrated that you’re not reaching your potential, then this session is for you.
This isn’t a lecture. Nobody will put you on the spot. Nobody will ask you to share personal information.
Instead, you’ll take part in a series of fascinating conversations and experiments that help you discover how your mind actually works.
You’ll learn why different parts of your mind sometimes seem to work against each other, how habits and emotions are created, and how small changes in mindset can have a huge impact on confidence, motivation, and performance.
Most importantly, you’ll discover that you have far more influence over your thoughts, feelings, and future than you may currently believe.
The session is practical, interactive, sometimes surprising, and designed to give you skills you can start using immediately.
Come with an open mind and be prepared to discover something interesting about yourself.
Come along, get creative, try something new and enjoy a positive afternoon focused on wellbeing, confidence and connection.
