  (i) To consider a revenue budget for the 2026/27 financial year for recommendation to Full Council on 26th January 2026

  In considering the revenue budget the Town Clerk/RFO shall report on the following

  (a) The forecast out-turn for the 2025/26 financial year;
  (b) The Tax base for Shrewsbury required to calculate Precept;
  (c) The capital programme for 2026/27 and any allocation from revenue budget and/or existing reserves.

  (ii) To consider the precept for 2026/27 for recommendation to Full Council on 26th January 2026
