The private view of Near & Far – A Photographic Journey, a photography exhibition by local photographer Jordan Stokes and the official launch of JS Studio. The exhibition explores local landscapes, wildlife, heritage, travel, and personal storytelling through photography.
As an autistic photographer, Jordan’s work is deeply influenced by the way he experiences and connects with the world around him. This exhibition marks not only his fifth public exhibition but also a significant personal and professional milestone, celebrating creativity, storytelling, and neurodiversity within the arts.
The evening will be an informal reception with invited guests from the local community, arts sector, and civic organisations. Guests will have the opportunity to view the exhibition, meet fellow attendees, and enjoy refreshments. The Lord-Lieutenant of Shropshire has kindly agreed to attend as Guest of Honour.
The Theatre Severn bar will be open throughout the evening, with refreshments available to purchase, helping to support the venue and its ongoing contribution to the arts within Shropshire.
