The Million Hours Festival of Sport is a free community event bringing young people, families and local residents together for an afternoon of sport, music, food and gaming.

From 1:00pm until 5:00pm, visitors will be able to take part in a range of drop-in sports and activities. The event will finish with the Quarry Cup, a five-a-side football competition running from 5:00pm until 7:00pm.

1:00pm–5:00pm – Multisport Activities.
Activities will be available on a drop-in basis.

4:15pm – Quarry Cup Registration Closes.

5:00pm–7:00pm – Quarry Cup.

Five-a-side football competition.

Short group or knockout matches, depending on the number of teams.

Entertainment and Food

Music will be played throughout the event from the bandstand area.

Food and refreshments will be provided by:

• Fish Heads
• Sweet Heads

A gaming van will be available during the afternoon.
