The Town Council raise no objections to this application as it is a good use of a brownfield site. Comments raised by the Conservation Officer were fully supported regarding the brick colour to be used. Members would like to confirm the parking situation for each property. There doesn’t appear to be a lot of parking space available and there is a concern parking could spread on to Longden Road.
