The Town Council object to this application as the previous application that this application refers to (22/04093/TPO) specifically stated on the permission from Shropshire Council that the works shall not include any reduction in the height of the tree. It would appear that this application is for a 3m crown reduction amongst other items with no reason stated for the reduction.
