Whilst it is appreciated the applicant has attempted to address issues raised from previous applications, it is sited very close to number 30 Havelock Road and at two storeys, has the potential to be overbearing to this property as well as blocking light and impacting on privacy. The property will be visible from the road and will have a negative impact on the street scene within the conservation area, will reduce the site's openness, and will not contribute to the character and appearance of the area.
