Members respectfully request that Shropshire Council's Tree Officer visits the site and provides expert assessment and recommendations of the removal of the trees. Members do not believe these trees should be removed without inspection. There is also no mention of any replacement trees. If the trees are removed, replacements should be planted. If the trees can be saved then they should be. Members would wish to be assured that in light of Government Guidance on the treatment of Ash Trees, any removal and disposal will be dealt with in accordance with such guidelines.
