    To receive an update from the Outdoor Recreation & Assets Manager on the following matters involving the Quarry:
     
    (i)    Update of events in the Quarry for 2018
     
    (ii)   To receive an update on the Major Variation Application for the Quarry Events Premises Licence
     
    (iii)  To receive an update on the installation of a trial solar light in the Quarry

    To receive the Outdoor Recreation & Asset Managers Update Report on the following:
     
    (i)    County Ground – to update members on extension plans for the pavilion;
     
    (ii)   Monkmoor Recreation Ground – to update members on storm damage to floodlighting columns and the potential cost of replacement;
     

    (iii)  Monkmoor Recreation Ground – to appraise members of discussions with Shrewsbury Up & Comers about possible use of the Recreation Ground.  The club had hoped to redevelop the Unison Tennis Courts into a 3G pitch;
     

    (iv)  Dark Lane Recreation Ground – to appraise members on new plans for the play area

  • 8COUNTRYSIDE MATTERS

    To provide further clarification on:
     
    (i)         Plans to improve Monkmoor Meadows together with confirmation of match fund costs required
     
    (ii)        Barge Gutter
