• 9ASSETS OF COMMUNITY VALUE

  (i)  Removal of Bear Steps St Alkmunds Place, Shrewsbury from the list of Assets of Community Value.
  To note that in accordance with Section 91 of the Localism Act 2011 and paragraphs 2 and 9 of Statutory Instrument 2012 No. 2421, Local Government, England, The Assets of Community Value (England) Regulations 2012, the Bear Steps was removed from Shropshire Councils Register of Assets of Community Value on 01 February 2019.  The reason for this is that the 5 year period of listing as laid out in the legislation has now expired.
