    (i)  To re-examine the following applications in light of amended plans received:
     
    i.i)  15/04413/FUL – 19 New Park Close, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY1 2SG  – Erection of a two storey rear/side extension to include attic storage space (amendment to previous application 14/04948/FUL).
     STC Meeting – 24.11.2016 – Decision – Objection
    Whist accepting this is an amendment to a live planning permission, members feel that this extension, being larger than the existing dwelling and abutting the boundary line of both neighbours it is too imposing on the site and has an overbearing impact on neighbouring properties. Given the scale members believe this application does not accord with policy CS6 of the Core Strategy.
     
     i.ii)  16/01019/FUL – 30 Oakley Street, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY3 7JY – Erection of part single and part two storey side and rear extensions following demolition of garage
    STC Meeting – 15.03.2016 – Decision – Objection
    The Town Council feels that these proposals represent an over-development of the site and will have a detrimental effect on neighbouring properties, in particular with respect to the proposed two-storey extension abutting the boundary wall.  Members have concerns that there is no open access to the rear of the property with these plans.
     
    i.iii)  14/02721/FUL – Proposed Residential Development North of Ridgebourne Road, Shrewsbury – to amend the number of access points into the site from one to four driveways; additional detached garage (amended description)
     
    i.iv)  16/01234/FUL – 4 London Road, Shrewsbury – Erection of a two-storey side extension and single-storey rear extension.

         Two copper beech trees in the rear garden of the above address.
