  To note Future Utility Solutions proposals for installing the electricity supply for this development.

  (ii)  New Development at Land off Ellesmere Road, Shrewsbury
  To consider Shropshire Council’s new proposal for street naming at this development.

  (iii)  15/03349/FUL – Proposed Winery And Visitor Centre At Hencote Farm, Cross Hill, Shrewsbury
  To consider the amended proposals for the application of the erection of a winery, visitor centre (to include a restaurant and event hall) and maintenance building; formation of court yard, service yard, visitors car parking; landscaping to include boundary fencing and entrance gates; associated facilities.

  (iv)  14/05176/FUL – 106 Primrose Drive, Shrewsbury, SY3 7TR – Erection of a detached 3 bedroom dwelling.
  To note that an Appeal has been made to the Secretary of State against the decision of Shropshire Council to refuse to grant planning permission for this application.

  Note: Shrewsbury Town Council raised no objections to this application at its meeting held on 06.01.2015
