5LOW TRAFFIC ZONE
To receive an update from the Chairman regarding discussions with the Town Walls residents around the development of a Low Traffic Zone.
To consider any Highways Orders received from Shropshire Council prior to the meeting:
(i) – Introduction of a 20mph speed limit zone in Shrewsbury Town Centre – information regarding the introduction of 20mph speed limit that comes in to force on 19th February 2021.
(ii) – Changes to the parking restrictions on Bellstone and Claremont Street, Shrewsbury – information regarding the parking restrictions that come in to force from 23rd February 2021.

To consider any Tree Preservation Orders received from Shropshire Council prior to the meeting

To consider any Premises Licence Applications received from Shropshire Council prior to the meeting

- Schedule of Planning Decisions: To receive details of any decisions made by Shropshire Council which conflict with Shrewsbury Town Council’s comments taken between 6 February – 26 February 2021
- Certificates of Lawful Development – for Information/noting only:a) 21/00541/CPL – Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for the conversion of existing domestic outbuilding to form a domestic home studio and office – Glebe House, Vicarage Road, Shrewsbury SY3 9EZb) 21/00628/CPL – Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for the proposed rendered single storey side extension – 23 Corndon Crescent.
