  To consider the plans presented by Tim Jenkins and Andy Wigley for the Dana Footpath.

• 6HIGHWAY ORDERS

  To consider the following highway orders received from Shropshire Council prior to the meeting.

  i)  Pavement Permit – The Shed, 7 Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury for Tables and chairs in an area 4m x 1m on the south side of the premise facing on to Abbey Foregate.  http://www.shropshire.gov.uk/get-involved/pavement-permit-the-shed-shrewsbury/

  ii)  Street Naming – To consider the proposal for one new street name of Winney Hill View for the residential development at Former Greenfields Nursery, Ellesmere Road.

  iii)  Stopping Up Order – To consider the proposed stopping up order for the unnamed road adjacent to the site of the Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings connecting Marshall’s Court at it’s southern end.
