  (i)  Shropshire Council (Footpath 14Y (part), Town of Shrewsbury and Footpaths 13 and 14 – Public Path Diversion Order 2016 
   
  To note confirmation of the public path diversion for the above footpath.
   
   
  (ii)  16/00389/LFVPRE – Ashley’s Wine Bar, 9 Shoplatch, Shrewsbury, SY1 1HF – Premises Licence Variation
   
  To note the decision by Shropshire Council’s Licensing Sub-Committee to grant permission to vary the condition in relation to the consumption of alcohol in external areas after 22.00hrs until 00.00hrs. 
   
  (iii) 16/00185/FUL – Land Adj. 6 Corndon Drive, Shrewsbury
   
  To re-examine the application in the light of amended plans received.
   
  STC Meeting on 02.02.2016 – Decision – Representation
  Whilst the Town Council is aware that these proposals constitute a reduction in size from the previous application for this site, and does not object to the principle of developing per se, members feel that this represents over-development given the scale of the new property within a very small and confined plot with very small frontage onto the highway.  Members also question the vehicular access and egress onto Corndon Drive and would like the appropriate considerations and controls to form part of any permissions granted.

  To consider the Town Council’s contribution to Shropshire Council’s proposals to publish for consultation three draft Supplementary Planning Documents (SPD) covering issues relating to:
  – The type and affordability of housing;
  – The natural environment; and
  – The historic environment
