    iv.    Income & Expenditure Account
    v.   Statement of Movement of Reserves
    vi.   Balance Sheet

    (ii)           In accordance with the Accounts & Audit Regulations 2011, Members are required to approve the Annual
    Return, including

    i.    Section 1 – Annual Governance Report for 2019/20
    ii.   Section 2 – Annual Accounting Statements for 2019/20

    (iv)   To receive and accept the list of planning application comments made  11th May 2020 and 19th June 2020 following receipt of
    recommendations by the members of the Planning Committee
