    To consider a report into options to expand the in-house engineering functions to improve operational efficiency.

  • 10BIG TOWN PLAN

    To update members on the outcome of the recent consultation into the Big Town Plan Masterplan and consider the level of Town Council involvement over the next three years.

  • 11BUDGET PREPARATION FOR THE 2019/20 FINANCIAL YEAR

    To formalise the process for the preparation of the Budget for the next financial year.

  • 12TENDER PROPOSALS

    To receive details of the Dignity Tender Specification for the provision of Grounds Maintenance at Emstrey Crematorium and consider whether the Town Council wishes to tender.
               

  • 13INVEST TO SAVE – ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROGRAMME AT THE MARKET HALL

    To receive details of Shropshire Council’s proposals to invest in energy efficiency projects at the Market Hall, accessing ERDF Sustainable Energy for Public Buildings (SEPuBu), approve works that would affect the Town Council’s area of responsibility and consider.

  • 14EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC

    To consider exclusion of the Press & Public on the grounds that the consideration of the following items may involve the likely disclosure of confidential information (s1(2) Public Bodies (Admission of Meetings) Act 1960).

  • 15SUNDAY MARKET

    To receive an update regarding the Sunday Market Agreement & Financing.

  • 16HILLS LANE TOILETS

    To update on negotiations regarding an extension to the current lease which is due to expire.
