    To receive Declaration of Interests in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

    To approve the minutes of the meetings held on 15 October 2018.

    To approve the payments schedules for the period 1 October 2018 – 30 November 2018.

    (ii)        To consider a revenue principles and implications for 2019/20 to incoirporate into the Revenue Budget for consideration at the Finance & General Purpose Committee meeting on 14th January 2019.
     
                Members are asked to bring any items for consideration into the budget preparations
     
    (iii)       To consider any capital projects to be initiated/developed during the 2019/20; to be funded through:
     
                (a)        2019/20 Budget
                (b)        CIL Neighbourhood/other ringfenced funds
     
    (iv)       To develop a Medium Term Financial Strategy for 2019/20 onwards

  • 7INTERNAL AUDITORS

    To receive details of the initial Internal Audit for the 2018/19 financial year.

    To receive an update on potential legal proceedings in relation to land adjacent to Greenfields Recreation Ground and consider any further action required.
