END OF YEAR ACCOUNTS & SUPPORTING STATEMENTS

(i)            In accordance with the Accounts & Audit Regulations 2011, Members are required to approve the following

                  documents in relation to the 2019/20 End of Year Accounts in readiness for submission to the External

                  Auditor:

 

                                          i.    Annual Report

                                         ii.    Statement of Accounting Policies

                                        iii.    Annual Governance Statement

                                        iv.    Income & Expenditure Account

                                         v.   Statement of Movement of Reserves

                                        vi.   Balance Sheet

 

(ii)           In accordance with the Accounts & Audit Regulations 2011, Members are required to approve the Annual

EXECUTIVE DECISIONS

(i)     To receive and adopt the list of Executive Decisions made between 11th May 2020 and 19th June 2020 in accordance with Minute 85.2 of Full

        Council of the 16th March 2020

 

(ii)    To receive and accept any decisions taken between 11th May 2020 and 19th June 2020 following weekly meetings with the Group Leaders

 

(iii)   To receive and accept payments as approved between 11th May 2020 and 19th June 2020 by any 2 of the 6 council signatories and authorised

        on the council’s online banking facility by any 2 of the Town Clerk, Operations Manager & RFO

 

(iv)   To receive and accept the list of planning application comments made  11th May 2020 and 19th June 2020 following receipt of

        recommendations by the members of the Planning Committee
