  Mayor shall welcome those present and give an outline of the role of the Annual Town Meeting

• 2MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL TOWN MEETING HELD ON 25 APRIL 2022

  To approve the Minutes of the Annual Town Meeting held on 25 April 2022.

• 3SHREWSBURY TOWN COUNCIL

  The following Councillors shall present reports on activity of the Council:

  a) Councillor Alan Mosley, Leader of Shrewsbury Town Council will report on the work of
  the Town Council overall
  b) Councillor Alan Mosley, Chairman will report on the work of the Finance & General
  Purposes Committee
  c) Councillor Nat Green, Chairman will report on the work of the Planning Committee
  d) Councillor Kevin Pardy, Chairman will report on the work of the Recreation & Leisure
  Committee
  e) Councillor David Vasmer, Chairman will report on the work of the Climate Change
  Committee

• 4POLICING IN SHREWSBURY

  Members of the Shrewsbury Safe Neighbourhood Team will give an update on policing matters
  in the Shrewsbury

• 5PUBLIC FORUM

  Through the Microsoft Teams link members of the public will be able to ask questions which will
  be put to those presenting on the night.

• 6DATE OF THE NEXT MEETING

  To approve the date of the next Town Meeting for Monday 22 April 2024
